Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of adjustable beds and their custom configuration, returns are generally not accepted. Once delivered, adjustable beds are considered final sale, as they cannot be resold or restocked once assembled or used.

However, your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us. If you experience an issue with your bed, we’re here to help.

Manufacturing Issues or Faults

If there is a defect, malfunction, or any problem with the bed’s performance, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:

  • Troubleshoot the issue remotely where possible

  • Arrange for repair or replacement of the affected component

  • If necessary, coordinate an engineer visit

  • In rare cases where the bed cannot be repaired or replaced, we will discuss alternative resolutions

Damages on Arrival

If your adjustable bed arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with supporting photos. We will repair or replace damaged parts at no cost.

Change of Mind

Because adjustable beds are large, made-to-order products that become personalised once used or assembled, change-of-mind returns are not available.

Warranty Coverage

All adjustable beds come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers:

  • Motor and mechanical components

  • Frame defects

  • Electrical functionality

  • Handsets and remotes
